The project entails the complete fit-out of three distinct culinary zones: the massive ground-floor banquet prep area, the rooftop fine-dining Asian-fusion concept, and the lobby-level specialty coffee bar. #

Emphasizing Workflow

Working closely with the Executive Chef, our technical team designed a custom 8-meter induction island suite, ensuring massive output capacity while drastically reducing the HVAC requirements for the rooftop venue.
